Seeking a compassionate and experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position is open to first-time travelers and follows AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios.Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care for laboring mothers and newborns, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Float between units as needed to support patient care and staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active WA RN or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
- Certifications: Allied license in hand required (confirm with AM if unsure).
Additional Information
- Shift Hours: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
- Floating: Required between units as needed.
- On-Call Requirements: Not required.
- Weekend Requirements: As needed based on staffing demands.
- Block Scheduling: Available.
