Job Details
Seeking an experienced Observation RN to join a team at a Short Term Acute Care facility. This position involves providing care for patients in observation, procedural, and medical inpatient settings, including long-length stays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care for surgical procedures requiring overnight stays, procedural observation patients, and medical observation patients.
- Float between like units based on staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- First-time travelers are welcome.
- Licensure: Active WA RN license required at the time of submission. Pending licenses not accepted.
- Certifications: BCLS required.
Additional Information
- Shift Hours: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30).
- Floating: Required between similar units within the RN’s skill set.
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.
- Locals: Not accepted.
- On-Call: Not required.
- Block Schedule: Not accommodated.
- RTO Restrictions: Prefer RTO under 7 days; must submit RTO at the time of application.
